This stunning 3-bedroom apartment with a cabin, perfectly located in the heart of Morzine, just 500m from the Morzine slopes. Situated on the 2nd floor of a newly built residence with an elevator, this 90m² apartment offers a spacious and comfortable layout for up to 8 guests.
In summer, the area offers hiking, mountain biking, and beautiful alpine scenery, while the lively village center and après-ski attractions are just a short walk away.
The bright living room features an open kitchen, dining area, and lounge, with access to a terrace for outdoor enjoyment. The apartment also includes a separate shower room with a WC. Bedroom 1 has the flexibility of two single beds or a double bed and access to the balcony. Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each have two single beds (or a double) with en-suite shower rooms and WC. A convenient sleeping area with bunk beds is also available. Additional amenities include a private garage with an electrical outlet, underground parking, a ski locker with a boot dryer, and a cellar.
