The village of Charrin is set on the river Loire. There’s a kayaking facility just 100m from the home. In summer, you’ll see many cyclists on the cycling lane along the river. There are many local markets, flea markets and village festivals in the summer. The towns of Decize (13 km), Bourbon-Lancy (36 km), Moulins (40 km) and Nevers (46 km) are all worth a visit. Restaurants and a supermarket are 12 km away.
The park-like garden offers many comfortable spots to relax with a good book. You can relax on the lounge set by the swimming pool after a refreshing dip. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
