This attractive holiday home in Rouzède has a swimming pool and a finely furnished garden. This holiday home is located in the Charente, 15 minutes from the Dordogne and has a great view over the hills of the region. The house is located directly on a cycling / mountain bike and walking route. You can swim and fish in nearby larger lakes within half an hour’s drive. The beautiful golf course La Preze (18 holes) is 4 km away. Canoeing is possible in the area and of course the many regional markets in the area are a good way to experience authentic France. For the gourmets, there are several restaurants close to the house. You can light the barbecue for free to make grilled treats. On departure, the kitchen should be left clean and tidy.
