Semi-detached villa with private swimming pool only 300m from the extensive sandy beach and the longest beach promenade in Cataluña. The house is situated in Calafell in the Baix Penedes region. This area is well-known for its excellent wines and cavas which can be tasted in the different wine cellars. The town has a golf court and an attractive marina and moreover there is an interesting range of different restaurants, modern night clubs, cinemas and bars where you can enjoy the night life. The town offers village festivities all year around where the visitor is very much welcome to participate together with the friendly local people. The villa is oriented towards the South and is situated in a quiet neighbourhood only 300 m away from the beach. The distribution of the house is the following: On the ground floor there is a living-dinning room with direct access to the garden and the swimming pool, an open kitchen totally equipped with access to the external dining-terrace, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The first floor has three double rooms, two of them with own terrace, and one bathroom.
