This lovely house is in a tranquil and upmarket area of Marbella in the golf valley where there are 6 beautiful golf courses. It is very suitable for relaxing vacations with family or couples.
The property is on the Aloha Golf Club golf course in Nueva Andalucía. You can walk in the region and there are plenty of nice shops in and around Marbella. There are local restaurants 5-minutes drive away and the beach and Puerta Banus are 10 just minutes by car or taxi. Marbella Old Town, Estepona and San Pedro are all a short drive, you can visit the white mountain villages. Granada and Seville and the Sierra Nevada ski resort are just 2.5 hour’s drive.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
