A premier property at the Inlet Reef Club Resort Community, Inlet Reef 216, is a beachy, bright condo with gorgeous views of the Emerald Coast. This two-bedroom beachfront condo is in the heart of Destin on Holiday Isle but tucked away in a gated, luxury resort community. This gated community is perfect for families and couples alike with plenty of amenities to spare!
Inlet Reef will be undergoing exterior restoration from Late August 2025 to Early May 2026, weather permitting. Guest staying at Inlet Reef may experience noise during the day. Property Managers will work with guests affected by the construction to provide the best vacation experience possible. If you have any questions, please give us a call.
Inlet Reef 216 is located on the second floor. This condo also includes 4 personal backpack beach chairs!

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
