The streets are filled with charming alleyways, cobblestone roads, traditional Bergen houses, and cozy neighborhood cafés and small shops. As you stroll down the street, you'll feel like you're in a fairytale land. All of Bergen's bars and restaurants are, of course, just a short walk away. If you want to start your day with a delicious cup of coffee, we recommend "Bergen Kaffebrenneri" just around the corner. If you're interested in exploring the city mountain "Fløyen," you actually just need to step outside the door to begin your journey. Alternatively, you can take the "Fløibanen" funicular, which will take you to the top, and it's only 200 meters from the house.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- 3) Keep air vents open and use the bathroom and kitchen fans to ensure good air quality 🍳
- 4) Please put the furniture and inventory back in its original place if you have moved it 🛋
- 5) Respect our neighbors and use common sense 🏘
- 6) Unregistered guests are not allowed in the apartment without prior agreement 👋
- 7) If you encounter any problems, please contact us 📲
- 8) We appreciate if you tidy up before leaving and leave the apartment in the same condition as you would want to come back to. Your will find cleaning supplies in the apartment 🧹
- All guests are required to complete our guest portal prior to check-in, which includes, but is not limited to: agreeing to our house rules, providing a valid identity card for verification, and authorizing a NOK 2000 security deposit as a temporary hold.
- Parties or large gatherings are strictly prohibited on the property. If it is proven that a party has taken place during your stay, a penalty of 5000 NOK will be applied.
- Please let us know as early as possible if you wish to check in early or check out late, so that we can accommodate your request. Early check-in / late check-out depends on whether we have sufficient time to prepare the accommodation for you and the next guests. We charge a fee of 200 NOK for early check-in / late check-out each.
- Arriving early or leaving late? We offer luggage storage for 200 NOK 🧳
- Traveling with children? We provide travel cots and high chairs upon request for 200 NOK per unit 👼
- Payment for any additional services must be made in advance through a payment link 📲
