The terrace under the vineyard is perfect for a drink at sunset and, next to it the porch where you can taste a delicious barbecue admiring the wonderful views of the fields. You can also enjoy the sun on the sun loungers and the wonderful starry sky on the top terrace. The property is fenced and privacy is total.
The house consists of a single floor with a rustic and cozy atmosphere. The living room offers a comfortable sofa, TV, AC, and a wood stove and another pellet stove for colder days. Next is the dining room where you can enjoy delicious dishes cooked in the gas kitchen of the modern kitchen. The laundry room is independent and has a washing machine, dryer, iron, and ironing board. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
