There will be no better way to start the day than having breakfast while contemplating the fantastic views of the Guadalquivir river, the Doñana reserve and the beach offered by the two terraces that are part of the apartment. In them you will find sun loungers where you can relax while tanning, a barbecue and a large table where you can enjoy eating or having a drink with your companions. Being located in a building, the apartment has direct neighbors.
The bright interior of the flat is designed to offer you the rest you deserve. The living-dining room, equipped with A/C, has radiators and Smart TV and is also open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the house. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, both with radiators. The first has a double bed, while the second is equipped with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with shower. Up to two more people can sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. There is a separate bathroom with bathtub in the property. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
The accommodation is located in a quiet residential area of Sanlucar de Barrameda, a coastal town in Cadiz famous for its proximity to the Doñana National Park, which we encourage you to visit and whose views you can enjoy from the terraces of the apartment. The area has all the necessary services to enjoy an independent stay. In addition, a few kilometers away is the center of Sanlúcar, where you can enjoy numerous stores, wineries and bars where you can have some tapas. Less than 100 m from your accommodation is Bonanza Beach, a golden sandy beach with calm waters located at the mouth of the Guadalquivir River, where you can also find the salt marshes and wetlands of the Doñana Environmental Protection Area.
