Outside this amazing property you will find extensive communal gardens where you can sunbathe and a shared salt pool of 20mx10m and a depth range from 0.9m to 1.9m. The little ones can also cool off in maximum safety thanks to the 5m and 0.40m deep paddling pool or play in the outdoor play area. For sports lovers, there is a tennis court in the urbanisation. Once in the house, the furnished terrace is the perfect place to start the day with a good breakfast, or to enjoy a meal or a drink at the end of the day with your companions. Please note that as this is an apartment there are direct neighbours and privacy is partial.
The interiors are very bright. In them you will find a nice living-dining room equipped with AC and TV open to the kitchen, which has a ceramic hob and all the necessary utensils for you to cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with a trundle bed for two people. An extra person will be able to rest pleasantly on the sofa bed in the living room. A bathroom with shower completes the stay. You can use the washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board that you will find in the accommodation. If you are travelling with your baby, we can provide you with a cot and a highchair.
