VILLA ALATA – GARDONE RIVIERA
Villa Alata, located on the western shore of Lake Garda, is a luxury modern villa with a private pool and stunning lake views. It is a newly built villa that enjoy complete privacy and maximum tranquillity. The villa is just a 5-minute walk from Gardone Riviera’s centre, with shops, restaurants, and a ferry dock on the lakefront provides easy access to other beautiful towns around the lake.
Villa Alata develops over three levels (ground, first and second floor).
On the ground floor, there is a spacious open-plan living area overlooking the pool. It includes a sitting room with sofas and a TV, a dining area with a table for eight, and a well-equipped kitchen that opens directly to an outdoor dining space. This level also features a double bedroom (160x190cm) with a lake view and ensuite bathroom containing a shower, and an additional bathroom with a shower.
On the first floor, there are three comfortably furnished bedrooms, all offering lake views. This includes a double bedroom (160x190cm) with an ensuite bathroom featuring a shower, and two double bedrooms (one with bed size 140x190cm and the other 160x190cm). Additionally, there is another bathroom with a shower on this floor.
On the second floor, there is a relaxation area with a sofa and a small kitchen with a bar. This floor also features a terrace with a shaded area furnished with comfortable outdoor seating.
Outside, the villa is surrounded by 5000 square metres of parkland and boasts a large garden with a terrace offering lake views. The terrace features a private swimming pool measuring 12 by 4 meters with sun loungers, a spacious relaxation area with a heated ceiling lamp, and a shaded outdoor dining area with a table for eight, and a barbecue.
There is also a two-car garage and parking spaces within the property.
