In the exteriors of this urbanization in which the accommodation is located, you will find a shared salt swimming pool of 15x9m and a depth range that oscillates between 1.20m and 2.10m. In the facilities you can also enjoy the communal garden where you can sunbathe or if you prefer, you can stay having a drink in the small terrace of the accommodation that has direct access from the pool. From this same area you can also enjoy the direct views to the breakwater of the marina of Rota.
Already in the interior, you will find a luminous living-dining room, equipped with TV and fan and that gives direct access to the kitchen, that has vitroceramic hob and all the necessary utensils so that you can cook comfortably. When it is time to sleep, there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. Both have a fan and closet. A bathroom with shower completes the accommodation. There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board.
