Located close to the pretty fishing village of Marzamemi in south-east Sicily, Villa Antea is a lovely modern villa with a swimming pool. Perfect for a family of four or two couples, the villa is just 300m from the beach and 20 minutes’ walk from Marzamemi town centre. The larger town of Pachino is within a short driving distance, and the villa is conveniently situated for day trips to the historic towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and Syracuse as well as the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
Villa Antea (90 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area, as well as a guest bathroom (with toilet).
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) and a bathroom (with shower).

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
