Perfect for a family of four or two couples, the villa is just 300m from the beach and 20 minutes’ walk from Marzamemi town centre. The larger town of Pachino is within a short driving distance, and the villa is conveniently situated for day trips to the historic towns of Noto, Modica, Scicli, Ragusa and Syracuse as well as the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
Villa Antea (90 sqm) develops over two levels.
On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room with a sitting area (with sofa), a dining area (with table for 6) and a well-equipped kitchen area, as well as a guest bathroom (with toilet).
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) and a bathroom (with shower).
Outside the villa there is a private garden (200sqm) which features a shady outdoor dining area (with a table for 6), a swimming pool (5m x 4m; open from 1 April – 31 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), as well as an outdoor shower, outdoor kitchen (with barbecue) and free parking.
