VILLA AULINA - MODICA AREA
Situated in the Modica area in south-east Sicily, Villa Aulina is a beautifully renovated house with a private pool. The villa is ideal for relaxing holidays with family or groups of friends. Frigintini (4 km) with shops and restaurants is just a short drive away and the villa is ideally located for day trips to the baroque cities of Modica, Noto, Scicli and Ragusa, as well as the beautiful beaches of south-east Sicily.
Villa Aulina (900 sqm) consists of a main building which develops over three levels, and a second building that houses four annexes.
MAIN VILLA (sleeps 10 + 2)
In the main building, you will find a living room (with sofas and chairs), a dining room (with a table that seats 8) and a well-equipped kitchen.
Stairs from the kitchen lead to the ground floor, where you will find another living room (with sofas and chairs), two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and a cellar for wine tastings.
On the first floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed and double sofa bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).
ANNEXES (sleeps 10 + 2)
In the second building, you will find three annexes with mezzanine floors, one with a double bed, en-suite bathroom (with shower) and double sofa bed, and two with a double bed each, en-suite bathrooms (with shower) and two single beds each at the mezzanine level.
Outside, the villa has furnished verandas on both sides of the house and a large, well-maintained garden (3.500 sqm). The garden features a lawn, private swimming pool (12m x 6m; usually open 1 April to 31st October) with jacuzzi and sunbathing area (with sun loungers and umbrellas), and a shady terrace (with a large dining table and chairs). There is also a renovated stable that houses a second kitchen and a dining table with chairs. A barbecue, outdoor shower and free parking are also available.
