This is a spectactular 4-bedroom villa in Búger. It has a salt-water pool with a breathtaking view of the surrounding forests and mountains and is perfect for two families. The house has an excellent architectural design, which is accompanied by spectacular decoration and interior design. The walls of the pool is made of glass which allows the light and movement of the water inside the house to be reflected and at the same time you can observe the dining room and lounge from the bottom of the pool.
In the center of the house there is a centenary olive tree (over 200 years old). The pool is located on the roof, in order to maximize the great potential of the views, thus obtaining an overview of virtually the entire Sierra de Tramuntana and even the sea of the Bay of Alcudia
You can visit the wonderful white sandy beaches with crystalline water like Puerto de Alcudia (16 km) or Can Picafort. Their shallow waters make them perfect to practice water sports and to visit with children. There are also great sandy or pebbled coves in the area like Cala San Vicente or La Victoria. The Pollença golf couse is 14.5 km away and you’ll find supermarkets and restaurants within 400m.
The home has two great terraces where you can relax. One of them is perfect for a barbecue. There is also a bubble bathfor your relaxation. The living/dining room has a satellite TV and air conditioning. You can get a cot and high chair on request.
Public transport is 300m away and Sa Pobla train station is 6.8 km from the home. Son Sant Joan airport is 48 km away.
