heart of Mallorca. With large spaces, clean and comfortable, with full equipment, to make your stay very enjoyable. The
house is located in a wine region , giving it a very special atmosphere. The last two weeks of September, are held
Binissalem wine festivals, making it a perfect time to join the Majorcan culture, with all the comfort of a high class. On
the interior of the house has everything you need to make your stay excellent. It has central heating, satellite TV,
internet, alarm, among many other things. The exterior, with its beautiful pool, surrounded by gardens and trees, is also
well equipped. Undoubtedly, a house that combines modern style with the rural, and that creates a perfect combination
of tradition and innovation.

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
