TRULLI MICENEI - OSTUNI AREA
Trulli Micenei, newly built and refurbished in 2017, is an outstanding property, combining the typical Apulian trulli with modern furnishings and amenities. The estate is located in the heart of Itria Valley, between Ostuni and Cisternino and less than 1km from a small village, with typical restaurants and grocery stores, that you can reach by bicycle or on foot. The sandy beaches of the Adriatic coast, the lidos, the golf course of Fasano and the old town centre of the most famous towns in the Valley of Itria are only a few minutes` drive away (Cisternino 4km and Ostuni 10 km). With charming interiors, design furniture, an expansive furnished outdoor area and a large private swimming pool, the property is the ideal place for large families or groups of friends.
The villa is divided into different units.
THE MAIN HOUSE
The main house, characterised by large spaces and glass walls, offers a bright living room with sofas, TV, dining table and modern kitchen area (equipped with induction hob, electric oven, microwave, electric iron grill, Teppanyaki grill, deep fryer, two dishwashers, kettle, double toaster, electric orange juice maker, food processor, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, freezer).
The sleeping area in the main house consists of three master suites, equipped with king size beds and en-suite bathroom (two with shower and one with bath tub and shower head). In addition, there is also a separate toilet with sink and wc only.
THE TRULLI
The complex of trulli, composed of twelve cones, was renovated and converted into three beautiful annexes for a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms: the first one with master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with shower; the second one with corridor, master bedroom and en-suite bathroom with bath tub; the third one with two master bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and one with separate bathroom with shower.
In the complex we also find a fourth separate trullo, with one master bedroom and en-suite bathroom.
To complete this beautiful property, we have a summer kitchen situated near the pool, ideal for al-fresco cooking. The kitchen is equipped with hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, pasta making machine, two fridges, blender, crepes grill. There is a separate room with two washing machines, additional fridge and deep freezer.
Intercom connected with the main house, the trullo with two master bedrooms and the pool area. Latest generation alarm system with private surveillance (outside security videos activated/deactivated on request). Each room is air conditioned (floor cooling system).
Daily cleaning included in the price.
Outside, each room has its own outdoor area. The well cared for garden frames the private swimming pool (15x6m; 1.6m deep; open from May 1 to October 31) equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. In front of the pool, we have a large covered terrace with table, chairs, bar, TV and barbecue. At the back of the main house, we find a large porch with lounge area, seats and large cushions. Moreover, there is a large table where you can have lunch or dinner.
