With a special charm, this house offers everything you need to enjoy a holiday without missing a thing. Even though it is located within the village, it offers a terrace where you can enjoy dreamy moments facing the mountains and taking in the panoramic views over the village. The pool is saltwater, measures 6m x 4m, has a depth of 1.30m to 1.45m, and is surrounded by 6 sun loungers for soaking up the sun.
The house comprises 2 floors. From the street you will access the ground floor where you’ll find a hallway leading to the living room. It’s equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, AC, satellite TV and pellet stove. Next, you’ll find the dining - kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and equipped with AC and a table with chairs. It offers all you need to cook your best dishes. There is a washing machine , a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board. On the same floor you have 3 bedrooms with AC, closet, TV-set and en-suite bathroom with a shower. Two of them have twin beds and the last one has a double bed. A baby cot and a high-chair are available. There’s a toilet for the whole accommodation. Down the stairs, on the inferior level, you’ll find a room to play pool and the gym with a varied equipment to exercise.
Buger is a small town located in north-central Majorca. It’s perfect for those who love peace, some services, the traditional cuisine of the island and also the beach since the nearest one is just 17.5 km away or about 15-20 minutes drive in Muro or Can Picafort. These are fine sandy beaches with crystal clear water that will amaze you. If you like golf, the nearest course is in Pollensa, about 15 km away. A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 3 cars.
