Despite it’s located in the town centre, the terrace of the house is perfect to spend dream-like moments in front of the mountains and the panoramic over the town. The gas BBQ is also a top amenity. The salt water pool sizes 6 x 4 metres and its water depth ranges from 1.30 to 1.45 metres. The 6 sunloungers around are perfect to bask in the sun and complete the exterior area.
The house comprises 2 floors. From the street you will access the ground floor where you’ll find a hallway leading to the living room. It’s equipped with a sofa, two armchairs, AC, satellite TV and pellet stove. Next, you’ll find the dining - kitchen featuring a ceramic hob and equipped with AC and a table with chairs. It offers all you need to cook your best dishes. There is a washing machine , a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board....

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
