This wonderful house has a fantastic private salt swimming pool, - 8 x 4 m and 1 to 1.5 m deep -, 6 sun loungers for sunbathing, as well as several terraces perfectly furnished to prepare delicious barbecues outdoors and enjoy the good weather with an aperitif or a drink. The beach is only 300 metres away, so you can reach it on foot at any time. The terrace has an outdoor shower.
Inside you will find a spacious living-dining room, perfect for organising memorable banquets and relaxing in the company of the SAT-TV. The kitchen has a ceramic hob, everything you need for cooking and a practical table with chairs for a quick coffee or breakfast. The laundry room has a washing machine, iron and ironing board. There are three bedrooms with air-conditioning, wardrobe and fan, two with two single beds, and the last one with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and air-conditioning. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
