Villa Elegante is a luxury, lake side villa with pool, private dock, private gold course on site (9 holes) and tennis court. It is located between Stresa and Arona, in an exclusive gated community, far from the road which runs along the lakeshore. You are surrounded by a large garden planted with fruit trees, flowers and aromatic herbs. Within 10 minutes walk one can reach the village where all essential amenities can be found (restaurants, cafes, supermarket, patisserie, post office, bank, hairdressers, bus stop). The friendly owners live in a separate villa within the grounds (50 meters from Villa Elegante) and are eager to offer you the finest services while granting your privacy without intruding. The villa is in a gated property with parking, garage, garden furnishing and sun loungers. The villa provides all the facilities that one would expect from a luxury property: air conditioning, private pool, private dock, tennis court, table tennis, soccer and golf driving range. Guests can also use 2 bikes, 2 canoes and the sailing dinghy boat offered by the owner. On request it is possible to book an excursion with the owner’s helicopter, a cruise with the owner’s 15 meter vintage sailing boat and 12 meters vintage wooden motorboat, Rolls Royce service. THE VILLA Villa Elegante is a fully air conditioned, spacious house (350 sqm / 3,767 sq ft). It features a large living room with fireplace, superb kitchen, dining area opening onto a shaded pergola for ’al fresco’ dining. Interiors at the villa are styled to provide traditional Italian elegance with a modern twist. Quality and attention to detail are found everywhere, from the choice of the outdoor furnishing to the fully appointed kitchen with top-specification appliances. UPSTAIR/MANSARD Additional open space. THE COTTAGE On request, the owner can prepare the little cottage, suitable for 2 guests. Inside, we find two beds, a kitchen, and a bathroom with shower. The cottage is air conditioned. Facilities: air conditioning, heating, Satellite TV, telephone (local calls only) in each bedroom, in-room electronic safes, wifi-high speed internet connection, kitchen with fridge, hob, oven, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, dishwasher.
