Casa Stefano can be found in the heart of beautiful Noto, a charming and famous Baroque town filled with history, beautiful buildings, restaurants, shops; located in the perfect place for discovering this side of Sicily with Syracuse, Ragusa, Modica and Scicli within easy driving distance. The apartment offers a large terrace with views over the rooftops of Noto, with a small plunge pool. It develops over the second and third floor of a building with lift.
The property does not offer private parking; if you do have a car, it can be parked on the street but it will depend on availability and it’s not guaranteed. Otherwise, it can be parked in Noto’s main car park on Via Cavour, 158 (extra cost; €20 per day in 2024).
On the second floor we find a large living room with sofas, armchairs and big TV, one guest bathroom with toilet and sink, one double bedroom with king size bed and en-suite bathroom with bathtub, one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
On the third floor we have the large modern kitchen with beautiful island and dining table with chairs. There is one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower which can be accessed from the terrace.
Outside, the apartment offers a beautiful large covered terrace accessed from the kitchen, with dining area, and comfortable seating. It also offers a plunge pool (2.5x2.5m; 0.8m deep; open all year round) with sun lounges.
