The exterior area of this villa is surrounded by pure nature, becoming the perfect place dor dome relaxing days. It includes a fantastic private chlorine pool that sizes 9 x 5 metres and has a water depth that goes from 0.7 to 2.1 metres. You will find 4 sunloungers around to bask in the sun. Some steps down you find a great porch where you can enjoy a delicious barbecue. You will also have a tennis table to spend an entertained evening. The property is fenced and you will have total privacy.
The two storey house welcomes you in a beautiful living room which is equipped with a TV-sat and a CD player and it’s open to the dining kitchen where you can cook your best recipes on the gas cooktop and then organise a good banquet. The laundry offers a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. A bathroom with a bathtub completes this main floor. On the first floor, you will find another bathroom with a bath and the three bedrooms, the three of them with a fan and closet. One features a double bed, another has twin beds and the last one presents a single bed. A baby cot and a high-chair also are available.
