Villa Graziosa is surrounded by hills and close to the coast. This charming property is surrounded by an unspoilt countryside and yet not far from historical villages such as Bolgheri. The house provides a fenced garden with a small pool and trees which produce seasonal fruits. This villa offers the perfect place for a truly relaxing and peaceful holiday.
Nature lovers will find very interesting to discover just a few kilometres away, the national park spot called "Magona": a green sea that extends for more than 1600 hectares . There are many paths and trails that will allow to "dive" in the wonders of the territory thanks to excursions on foot, horseback and mountain bike. "Macchia Magona" is an ideal habitat for numerous species of animals like wild boars, deer, fawns, foxes and many more.
The house offers 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower, kitchen and living room all on one floor. It also offers an outside patio with a barbecue, table and chairs for al fresco dining.
It is equipped with air conditioning (in the double bedroom and living room) and fans for the hot season, Sat TV, Wi-Fi, dishwasher, fridge, microwave and washing machine. The oval shaped pool (8 x 4,50 m, depth 1.30 m) is fitted with small stairs and is open from 18/04 to 10/10.
