The perfect place to relax! This attractive holiday home with private swimming pool is quietly located in the eastern part of Gran Canaria, near the town of Ingenio. It is an authentic and traditional house with large terraces and a beautiful solarium by the pool (heatable at an additional cost). Of course there is also a BBQ for cozy evenings. The holiday home is on one level and consists of 2 semi-detached houses for 4 people, each perfect for a family with children or of course for a larger family. Each part has a living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Peace and quiet are guaranteed here, here you can enjoy a peaceful holiday in a rural area, yet very close to all kinds of amenities such as restaurants and supermarkets. You can reach it by car or on foot for those who like a nice walk. Ingenio is a small, charming village. The old part in particular is full of history and tradition, there are nice narrow streets, cozy cafes...

Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
