The Home
The "Cabin at Sunriver" is located in the southeast corner of Sunriver. This great location is just a fifteen-minute walk to the Sunriver Village with easy access to the bike trails, and the Big Deschutes River (beautiful for a winter snowshoe walk!). The cabin has four bedrooms and two baths with a large expansive deck where you can enjoy a BBQ or relax in the hot tub after a day on the slopes or hiking and biking in beautiful Central Oregon. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor, both with queen beds, and two bedrooms on the upper level, one with a queen bed and second with a pyramid bunkbed. The living and dining room areas are open to each other and is a wonderful place for all to gather to enjoy playing games or watching your favorite shows or movie on the large flat screen TV. Your time will be well spent in this Sunriver cabin! Pets under 20lbs are welcome with prior approval and pet fee. This home does not have air...

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
