Enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the terrace before packing up and heading out for a morning on the beach. On the way back, have a delicious outdoor barbecue to enjoy under the porch and then sip coffee or tea while reading a book or just feeling the sea breeze and the sun on your face. For your convenience, there are two outdoor showers to rinse off the salt or quickly freshen up if you decide to stay at home.
The house has two floors. On the ground floor is the living room with two comfortable sofas where you can relax and watch satellite TV or just chill out. The dining area, in the same space, has a table to enjoy meals with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with gas hob, microwave, oven and everything you need. There is a fully independent laundry room with washing machine, iron and ironing board. Upstairs there are three bedrooms, all with wardrobe, air conditioning and direct access to a nice terrace. One of them offers a single bed and the other two have a double bed. A cot and a high chair are available. As for the bathrooms, there is one downstairs with a shower and two upstairs with a bathtub. Please note that one of them does not have a window. To complete the equipment, there are two radiators.
The location of the house is perfect. On the one hand because you are only a few steps away from the sea and on the other hand because all the necessary services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets, bus, taxi and much more are within walking distance. As for the beach, the beach of Puerto de Alcúdia is one of the most wonderful beaches on the island, with its long stretch of fine white sand and crystal clear waters, although you can also visit the beautiful Cala de San Vicente or the coves of La Victoria.
You should know that the air conditioning has a sensor connected to the windows, so if the windows are open, its operation is interrupted. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Pets are not allowed. The holding of events is forbidden. There is exterior parking for 2 cars.
