The outside areas are spectacular. Cool off in the chlorinated pool of 6 x 3 m with a depth ranging from 1 m to 2 m. There is a large garden with a swing for children, and a terrace with a barbecue. You can spend great evenings and enjoy the tranquility of the area under the fully-furnished porch. On the first floor, there is another furnished terrace which is accessed to from two bedrooms.
The 150 m2 villa, distributed over two floors, has four bedrooms. All of them are located on the first floor and equipped with double bed, radiator, wardrobe and views of the garden or the countryside. One has an en-suite bathroom with shower. Two cots and two high chairs are available on request. There is a toilet (ground floor) and a bathroom with bath (first floor) that serve the entire house. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
