VILLA PLACIDA - MODICA AREA
Located in the Modica area of south-east Sicily, Villa Placida is a lovely villa with a private swimming pool. Situated in the countryside between Modica and the seaside resort of Modica di Marina, the villa is perfect for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. There are plenty of shops and restaurants, and a sandy beach in Modica di Marina (13 km), and you can easily drive to the historic towns of Modica, Ragusa and Noto, as well as the Vendicari Nature Reserve.
Villa Placida (240 sqm) develops over two levels.
Inside the villa, you will find a living room (with sofas and TV), a well- equipped kitchen with access to the garden, and a large, shady veranda with a dining area (with table and chairs) and a lounge area (with comfortable seating). In the sleeping area, you will find four double bedrooms (with double beds), one single bedroom (with a single bed) and three bathrooms (with showers).
In the garden (1,000 sqm) there is a swimming pool (10m x 6m; usually open 1 April to 31 October), sun loungers, a barbecue and a shower, as well as free parking.
