VILLA AMORE - BRINDISI AREA
Located on the outskirts of Oria, a historic town in the Brindisi area, Villa Amore is a luxury modern villa with a heated swimming pool and spa. There are shops and restaurants within 1.5 km and the centre of Oria, with its medieval lanes and piazzas, is just 3 km away. The town of Brindisi is 38 km away and within short driving distances you can visit places like Ostuni, Lecce, Alberobello and more. For beach lovers, the nearest sandy beaches are in San Pietro in Bevagna, on the Ionian Sea, which are 20 kilometres away.
Villa Amore (700 sqm) develops over two levels and consists of two connected apartments.
In the ground floor apartment, you will find a living room with sliding glass doors and a view onto the garden, an elegant sitting room (with sofa and TV), a dining area (for ten guests) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area you will find two bedrooms (with double beds) and one bathroom suitable for disabled guests (with shower).
A spiral staircase takes you to the first-floor apartment which consists of three double bedrooms (with double beds), one bathroom (with shower) and a kitchen (with table for 6 guests). Up a few steps, you will find the spa (with the chromotherapy, steam bath, beach beds and minibar, jacuzzi for six guests) with a bathroom (with shower) and a panoramic terrace. You can use the spa for free once during your stay, with additional charges thereafter.
Outside, we find a fenced garden (3,100 sqm) featuring a heated swimming pool (96 sqm; open from June 1 to October 1; opening outside these dates on request at extra cost) and sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas). Not too far from the swimming pool, you will find a covered area with a Jacuzzi and solar shower, a covered area with a gym and sitting and dining areas (with sofas, tables, and chairs), and two bathrooms (with showers). Next to the villa you will find a shady outside dining area (with a table that seats 10), a shady sitting area and two first-floor balconies.
