Located on the highest spot of Oia in Perivolas area, Villa Amfitheatro offers fantastic views over the sea and volcano and can accommodate up to 8 people with an infinity Jacuzzi. Within walking distance from the village and local shops, the area is offering many opportunities to enjoy fully Oia and its surrounding.
Villa Amfitheatro is set over three levels (180m2) and has one main part and a loft apartment.
Main Villa (two levels)
Upper level: Traditional cave house with one master double room with en-suite Jacuzzi bathtub, a living room with built in sofas and antique wooden table, a separate dining area with sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room a staircase will lead you to an attic room with double sofa bed and a window with sea views.
Lower level (like an apartment) there is a smaller living area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and WC and a family bedroom...

Payment & Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
