Located on the highest spot of Oia in Perivolas area, Villa Amfitheatro offers fantastic views over the sea and volcano and can accommodate up to 8 people with an infinity Jacuzzi. Within walking distance from the village and local shops, the area is offering many opportunities to enjoy fully Oia and its surrounding. Villa Amfitheatro is set over three levels (180m2) and has one main part and a loft apartment. Main Villa (two levels) Upper level: Traditional cave house with one master double room with en-suite Jacuzzi bathtub, a living room with built in sofas and antique wooden table, a separate dining area with sitting corner and a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room a staircase will lead you to an attic room with double sofa bed and a window with sea views. Lower level (like an apartment) there is a smaller living area, a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and WC and a family bedroom with one double bed (which can be turned into 2 single beds) and another double bed nestled under the window. The cave atmosphere gives a special feel to this room. White loft-upper floor Accessible via either an internal or external staircase the apartment has a living room, a kitchenette, full bathroom with shower and a double bedroom with roof windows providing views over Oia and the sea. There is a balcony from the loft with table and chairs. Outdoor: As you enter the villa on the side you will find a courtyard with dining table and chairs and a Jacuzzi-plunge pool for 6 people with views of the sea, the caldera and the village of Oia.
