VILLA PANORAMA - FLORENCE AREA
Ideal for large groups, Villa Panorama can be found between Lucca and Pistoia and not too far from the town of Montecatini Terme. It offers breath-taking views across the countryside and a private heated pool, facing the old medieval village of Montecatini Alto. The town nearby can be reached within approx. 5 minutes drive and there, you can find a wide range of restaurants, shops, and more.
The villa develops over 400 square metres and develops over three levels, with bright and spacious rooms.
Inside, the villa offers a large, bright and spacious living area with windows overlooking the scenery, furnished with sofas, armchairs and dining furniture. From this room we can access the living room with sofas and another dining area. The kitchen is large and modern, ideal for cooking for large groups, and it features professional tools, including a vertical oven, microwave oven and double temperature professional fridge. The kitchen has direct access to the living and dining area and also to the Alfresco patio dining area, for breakfasts or parties or family moments.
The villa has six beautiful bedrooms. On the ground floor we have: one air conditioned double bedroom with fireplace, wardrobe and an additional folding bed can be added on request; one bedroom with French bed, private terrace access and air conditioning; these two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower. On the ground floor we also have the air conditioned master bedroom with king size bed made of two separate areas with large floor to ceiling windows and living room area with double sofa bed, table, chairs and TV; the room also features an external private bathroom and separate access from the outside, through a lovely and panoramic patio.
On the first floor we find the remaining bedrooms: two air conditioned double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub with hydro-massage, and panoramic window; one master bedroom with double bed, private terrace, air conditioning, and en-suite bathroom with tub with hydro-massage.
Outside, the villa features a private swimming pool with heating system (over 200 square metres, 1.5m deep; heating available on request for April, May, September & October; open from 1 April to 1 November) which is also fully gated, making it ideal for families with children. The pool area has plenty of sun lounges, chairs, and umbrellas, as well as two changing rooms, three bathrooms and two showers, plus a small self-catering bar with a fridge and ice maker for refreshments. The property also has large terraces with stunning panoramic views and a table tennis.
