VILLA RANUNCOLO - FLORENCE AREA
Villa Ranuncolo is a beautifully restored villa with a private swimming pool. Located in the heart of Tuscany just a few kilometres from “Chiantishire”, the Valdarno, the Casentino National Park and Florence, the villa is the perfect retreat for couples and honeymooners. The villa is only 3 km from the nearest shops and restaurants and 30 km from Florence with its many attractions. It is also well located for exploring other cities in the area such as Arezzo, Siena, and San Gimignano.
Villa Ranuncolo (130 sqm) develops over three levels.
On the lower floor, you will find a wellness area (with steam bath, jacuzzi and shower) and a laundry room (with washing machine and ironing facilities).
On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofa bed, air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and Satellite TV), a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, dishwasher, oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine, kettle, and toaster) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).
On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and air conditioning) with ensuite bathroom (with bath).
Surrounding the villa is a mature garden which features a swimming pool (5.5m x 2.8m; open from 18 April to 31 October) with an external shower, a shady outside eating area (with barbecue) and parking.
