This modern split-level vacation home is the ideal place for a relaxing vacation with family or friends! With its breathtaking panoramic views, spacious layout and cozy furnishings, it offers everything you need for a great vacation. Meschede and the Hennesee lake are also just a short drive away, so you can easily explore the surrounding area and enjoy various activities.
This multi-storey vacation home offers breathtaking panoramic views of the valley from the living room with fireplace on the top floor. There are two bedrooms on this floor, one of which sleeps three people. When you enter the house, you will immediately feel at home in the spacious entrance area on the first floor. There are two further bedrooms here, one of which is a single room. There is a bathroom with a rain shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a separate toilet. On the lower floor is the large kitchen with cooking island and kitchen counter to watch and chat on two cozy stools. The large natural wood dining table with designer armchairs invites you to enjoy moments of pleasure. The second bathroom with rain shower, washbasin and toilet is also located on this floor. The cozy kitchen with fireplace invites you to relax. Two comfortable sun loungers invite you to relax for hours after your outdoor adventures. The patio door gives you direct access to the large terrace with comfortable garden furniture. If it’s too hot or raining, the beautiful natural wooden hut offers a perfect retreat in the middle of nature, by the stream and on the meadows. The Hennesee dam is only 2 km away and offers numerous activities such as inline skating, swimming, sailing, SUP, diving and fishing. For hiking enthusiasts, there is the Rothaarsteig long-distance hiking trail (156 km) as well as local hiking trails to explore nature. 30 km away is Winterberg, the largest ski resort in the region, with 26 lifts and 34 slopes spread over seven mountains. Other nearby ski resorts such as Hunau, Wilde Wiese, Rimberg and the Hohe Lied in Bödefeld can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes. In winter, there is also the option of tobogganing directly from the vacation home if there is snow.
