Important Things To Note: • Parking: Free parking is available. Please note that our spot also stores a few items, but there’s still plenty of room to park. • Our portable air conditioners, one in the living room and one in the bedroom, have both quiet and loud settings for your comfort. Since permanent ACs aren’t allowed in the building, we’ve provided these top-of-the-line portable units. The ACs are portable units with an exhaust hose running out the window, as shown in the photos. This is the best and approved setup for the building, designed to keep you cool on hotter days in Bondi. While it may allow some light outside noise, most guests find it’s not an issue given the close proximity to Bondi Beach. • Hot Water: The hot water tank is small and takes 20-30 minutes to refill between showers. It’s the largest tank that fits the apartment, and most guests find it manageable. We hope it works well for you too! • Lift Access: There are no stairs from the car park/garage to the apartment, and the lift may be unavailable for about 10 days a year. If you depend on lift access, we recommend not booking, as we can’t offer refunds when the lift is out of order. Fire stairs are available during these times. Thank you for understanding!
