✪ Top Reasons to Book this Beautiful Apartment:
Completely renovated warehouse apartment located in a trendy part of the city. With exposed original timber ceilings & steel beams with red pipes crossing along the ceiling this apartment underscores that grungy industrial mood.
The apartment is in a quiet alcove with a village feeling surrounding it. Just around the corner is a street aligned with great restaurants.
Recently styled warehouse conversion that is so good we want to move in. Bright and sunny in a fabulous location. Great for the lone traveller here for business or holiday, couples as well as for up to 4 people as we can set an inflatable mattress with a soft topper up. Please let us know prior to your arrival if you would like this set up or not. There is sliding doors that close the bedroom off from the rest of the house. Internal laundry is just off the bathroom. Think exposed timber and steel beams. We have taken New York and placed it in Darlinghurst.

There is a coffee shop down stairs to your left called Stop Valve Expresso and Bar that offers great breakfast and wonderful coffee to go or have in. Turn to your right and there is the Lankan Filling Station offering amazing Sri Lankan food till late most evenings. Tea, beer on tap and great wine available as well. Also on your right is the Red Lantern restaurant (ask for Adam and say you are in the Property Manager next door and he will look after you.
Turn left and on the corner is a great pub called the Lord Roberts hotel with a rooftop bar/restaurant. Around the corner on Stanley St is a lovely village atmosphere which includes Brick Lane Twisted Indian, Wood and Smoke bar, the Black Squid Thai cuisine, The Long Goodbye dumplings and beer, The Arch Cafe, Bill and Toms Italian and Sushi on Stanley and Roy Siam Thai and Vietnamese cuisine. More upmarket we would suggest Bepis Italian.

A short Uber ride will take you to Chin Chin on Commonwealth St Surry Hills is another brilliant restaurant if you are looking for atmosphere and great Asian food. We have attended there regular Crab and Cray nights where you receive a 5 course degustation and it is amazing.
For great free viewing of the harbour we recommend you walk down William St and turn right at College St. Check out St Mary’s cathedral before making a right on to Art Gallery Rd. Walk right down to the end of Art Gallery road and you will arrive at Mrs Macquarie’s chair. From that lookout you will have the best view of our wonderful harbour.
