The Neighborhood
The house is walkable to a ton of my favorite places at the beach! This neighborhood is safe and GREAT for renting bikes from Drifters and seeing all of St. Augustine Beach's beauty! Steps to the beach, blocks to prime St. Augustine Beach's attractions, with coffee shops, bars, restaurants and mini golf around the corner! A 15 minute drive to historic downtown St. Augustine to enjoy our town's European beauty + history, or drive 45 minutes north to Ponte Vedra for amazing golfing, shopping and dining! A 25 minute drive south takes you down to Marineland, Matanzas Inlet and Palm Coast.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,PetsAllowed:petStayCharge,QUIET HOURS: 10pm-8am per St. John’s County ordinance and are enforced by neighbors and the local police force.
- DOGS OK: Please pay your pet fee in advance of arrival.
- -If you do not submit the pet fee and we find evidence of a pet after your departure, this will result in a charge of up to $500.
- -Pets must be freshly bathed prior to arrival and a flea and tick treatment must have been applied within the last 30 days.
- DOG DAMAGE: Pet damage will be assessed and charged per instance based on the cost of fixing/replacing an item. You accept the responsibility of paying for any damage caused by your pet.
- HOME NOT SUITABLE FOR EVENTS OR PARTIES: The home is not to be used as an entertainment venue for non-registered guests.
- DO NOT MOVE FURNITURE, appliances or decor from where you found it upon check in. Outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning in which you found it upon check in.
- LATE CHECKOUTS: If we are able to accommodate a late check out, $25 per hour will automatically be added to your reservation. We do not guarantee late checkout availability. You must request late checkout if you would like it and we will do our best to accommodate you. Guests who stay past checkout time and did not put in a request will be charged $100 per hour.
- NO VAPING/SMOKING allowed on the property. This is strictly enforced.
- -You may smoke outside only, with doors and windows closed.
- -Dispose of butts in outdoor trash bins. If cigarette butts are found inside, there will be a $100 charge for every cigarette butt.
- -There is a $500 damage charge for lingering interior smoke smell.
- NO DRUGS: lllegal drugs are strictly prohibited. This includes marijuana.
- NO UNDERAGE DRINKING.
- NO FOREIGN OBJECTS DOWN THE TOILET: Do not flush anything down the toilet except toilet paper. No wipes! A drainage issue will result in a $500 fine.
- PARKING: Follow parking rules as instructed.
- MINIMUM AGE to book is 21. Add-on guests under the age of 18 are welcomed if accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.
- THE PRIMARY GUEST on the reservation (who submits payment) must be present for the duration of the stay.
- UPDATE THE NUMBER OF GUESTS you will have in your group to the correct amount. If you plan to have guests visit, please reach out to us in writing to let us know.
- DAMAGE: In addition to the security deposit, renters are 100% liable for any and all property damage, caused by themselves or guests, during their stay.
- CHILDREN: While we allow children, the home is not child-proofed. Parents with younger children use the home at their own risk.
- HOUSE RULES: You are required to follow the House Rules written here and posted in the house during your stay or you will be asked to vacate the property.
