Welcome to The Loft! A stunning airy loft apartment in Kingham in the Cotswolds. This apartment is perfect for small families or couples looking for a romantic getaway. The Loft is equipped with modern conveniences to ensure a comfortable stay, including radiant floor heating throughout. This property is located on the second floor with a flight of stairs leading up to the main entrance.
The open-plan living area features a large antique oak dining table with chairs, cozy sofas arranged around a satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen positioned to one side. French doors at the entrance and adjacent to the kitchen lead to a Juliet balcony, offering serene views into the treetops. A glazed cupola above the dining area fills the space with natural light throughout the year.
The Loft accommodates 4–6 guests. It includes a double bedroom with a king-size brass bed and TV, located conveniently across the hallway from a spacious walk-in shower room with a double sink and toilet. The generously sized twin bedroom features a large en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a double-ended bathtub. The twin beds can be converted into a super-king bed, and if needed, two additional full-size single beds can be added to the room, increasing the total capacity to six beds. Please inquire about the additional charge for this option.
Parking for The Loft is located in front of Kingham Lodge. Wi-Fi broadband is available across the site. The pool and steam room are conveniently located beneath The Loft, and five acres of gardens at Kingham Lodge are accessible to guests via a short path from the front steps of the property. However, this property does not have its own private garden space.
For families, a highchair and travel crib are provided, with the option of a larger crib or newborn cradle available for a $20 supplement. To maintain the high-quality furnishings of our properties, The Loft is strictly non-smoking and pet-free.
There are 5 cottages on site and operate a private ’swim time’ for each individual cottage, so all groups of guests have private family time in the pool. Your time changes each day and this information is shared with you in your booking confirmation email. You can also enjoy an early morning swim that is open to everyone. The pool is used by Kingham Lodge owners only after 4:30 pm. Pool towels are provided for you in your cottage and the owners will give you a pool safety briefing on arrival.
The owners at Kingham Lodge have 5 holiday cottages available on site for large gatherings sleeping up to 26 people. Do call us about booking multiple cottages for a large family celebration.
