The Trappers Crossing subdivision is off the beaten path but just a short walk or free shuttle ride from everything at Keystone Ski Resort. All guests have access to the on-site clubhouse with an outdoor hot tub, locker rooms, and showers. Enjoy the peaceful nature trails and nearby Snake River, unique features of the Trappers Crossing neighborhood.

Payment & Cancellation - 14 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House rules

  • Rules are as follows:
  • -Pets are not allowed
  • -Reservations 30 days or more will require a Mid Stay clean charged to the guest
  • -Smoking is not permitted.
  • -Children are allowed.
  • -The minimum age limit for Guests is 22 for studios, one bedrooms and two bedrooms.
  • -The minimum age limit for Guests is 25 for properties that are 3 bedrooms or larger.
  • -Parking rules are property specific. Per Keystone Resort rules, each reservation will be given one parking permit. No parking available for trailers or other towable vehicles. Read your email confirmation for detailed parking rules during your reservation.
  • -Similar to most mountain properties, the home or condo does not come equipped with air conditioning. To enhance comfort, we have placed a fan in each bedroom closet for use. We recommend opening doors and windows to facilitate airflow upon arrival as temperatures can rise between bookings. The cooler evening breeze will aid in naturally cooling the property. The only exception are some of the studios at Gateway Lodge, which are equipped with wall air conditioning units. Please check the amenities list for Gateway Studios.
