With sleeping arrangements for up to 22 guests, this home will accommodate vacations and getaways of all sizes! With the beach just across the street, you may gaze at the views from one of the many decks all day.
With boundless opportunities for fun and togetherness outside, the first level exterior offers a 14’ by 24’ private heated pool, an 8 person hot tub, an outdoor shower with a half bath, and a covered game area. Once you enter this exquisite home, you will be greeted by a wet bar with a commercial ice maker. March up the stairs or take a ride in the elevator to the second level and discover the laundry area and a small seating area! On this level, you will find our King En Suite bedrooms and one En Suite with two full over full bunk beds, as well as two large, covered decks that are perfect for observing those alluring Outer Banks sunrises!
The second level supplies ample space for cooking, gathering and conversing! This level features the stunning living room with a variety of seating, a flat screen TV, and access to the covered deck. The kitchen offers a plenty of counter space for the chef in the family as well as a large island with seating for 5. The dining room offers a beautiful dining table for 12. The rear deck offers stunning ocean views and al fresco dining with a table for 6. This level is finally completed with a double Queen En Suite and King En Suite.
Last, but not least... The Loft! The loft will bring out the kid in everyone with a movie theater, arcade games, and a pool table. Want to bring on the romance? Watch the sunset with a glass of wine from the loft’s balcony with seating for 2.

Want added comfort? Consider adding the Heated Pool option! A Heated Pool option can be added upon request for $50 per night of your reservation. This fee is added to your reservation at the time of the request, which must be a minimum of 72 hours before arrival. Pool heat must be added for the entirety of your stay.
This pool is heated by a heat pump. An ambient air temperature of 60 degrees or higher is needed to heat the pool, meaning that if the temperature drops below 60 degrees the pump will not continue to heat. Max pool temperature is 80 degrees.**
**Private heated pools will open on April 1st and close on November 1st. Hot tubs are open year-round. Pools and hot tubs are cleaned weekly and no later than 6 p.m. on check-in day. Vendors are subject to enter the backyard to clean the pool and/or spa on scheduled cleaning days. No pets allowed in pools.**
Check-In begins at 4pm. Your keyless entry code will begin granting access at this time.
