Apanema Villas consist of two detached house buildings - Apanema I & Apanema II - of different size and sleep capacity and offer to guests full privacy and at the same time easy access to each other. Their position is above the new port, only 2,8 km from the beautiful town of Mykonos and very close to the airport (4.7 km). Nearest supermarket and restaurants are only 2 minutes drive away.
Apanema I is a refreshing, open air, newly renovated house. The ground floor consists of a comfortable living room and a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen and the master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a private terrace. On the same level is a large terrace with a circular pool and a variety of lounge areas with exquisite views over the town of Mykonos and the Aegean sea. Payment & Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
