Designed to bring the outdoors in, the main level is bathed in natural light, with expansive windows framing sweeping long-range mountain views that create an instant sense of calm.
The Main level is designed with an open-concept layout and features tongue and groove vaulted ceilings in every room, adding warmth and spaciousness throughout. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef’s delight, with built in air fryer mode for the oven, both Keurig and drip style coffeemakers, stainless steel appliances, custom cabinetry, and all the essentials to prepare everything from quick breakfasts to gourmet dinners. Gather at the counter with seating for four, or enjoy meals together at the dining table that seats six comfortably.
The living area is seamlessly connected, offering a cozy yet elegant space to unwind with plush seating arranged around a gas log stone fireplace and a large flat-screen TV—perfect for quiet nights in or relaxing after a day of adventure.
The primary suite, also on the main level, is a private haven offering the same stunning mountain views and soaring tongue and groove ceilings. Rest easy in the king-sized bed and enjoy the spa-like ensuite bathroom featuring granite double vanities and a beautifully tiled walk-in shower.
Step outside to the partially covered front deck, where you can grill dinner, dine al fresco, or enjoy the fire table while gazing across the peaceful mountain landscape. Out back, a private patio features a soothing hot tub—perfect for unwinding under the stars.
Downstairs, on the entry level, you’ll find an additional living space with a large sectional and flat-screen TV—ideal for movie nights and great conversations with loved ones. On this level, you’ll find the second and third bedrooms, each set up for comfort with queen beds and cozy mountain charm. All three bedrooms are set up with smart TVs and ceiling fans to provide comfort as you spread out and relax. If you’re traveling with additional guests, the home is stocked with two roll away beds that can fold down to provide comfortable auxiliary sleeping options. A shared hallway bathroom on the lower/entry level includes a shower/tub combo that is great for families.
When you’re ready for more entertainment, head to the garage, which has been transformed into a full game room. Designed for all-ages fun, this space is packed with entertainment: shoot hoops in the two-player basketball arcade, challenge friends to a round of skiball, go retro with the full-size arcade cabinet, or face off in a ping pong match. There’s even a table set up for board games, card games, or puzzles. Upstairs, the garage loft offers a laid-back lounge area with comfortable couches and a coffee table—perfect for hanging out, reading, or keeping the fun going late into the night.

On Beech time is set up with a whole house generator. You will stay in comfort knowing the lights will never go out, even in the heaviest snowfall or strongest mountain winds.
The home is located near the exclusive Beech Mountain Club where guests can enjoy access to private restaurants & events, professional tennis, a fitness center, pickleball courts, a heated pool and other fantastic amenities. Guest passes must be requested (Sports-level membership is available) and the membership transfer fee must be paid in advance to the Club.
Additional Notes:
-The outdoor electric lift is not available for guest use.
-This property is not pet friendly. Thank you for not bringing pets into this home, or requesting an exception to this rule.
-All BRMR homes offer well stocked kitchens with all utensils needed to cook meals. There is also a "starter set" of paper products at the house: a roll of toilet paper per bath, a couple garbage bags, a small vial of dishwashing liquid, a few tablets of dishwasher detergent, some laundry pods, a roll of paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some makeup remover cloths. There are enough of these items for one night, or maybe two.

-Towels and linens will be provided for you. Propane for the gas grill and gas firetable are also provided. If you plan to barbeque often, please give us adequate notice, should you need propane refills for your stay!
- 4WD/AWD and/or chains REQUIRED during winter (Nov-March) for all Beech Mountain homes. Travelers visiting during the winter months where inclement weather may be possible should come prepared with an AWD or 4WD vehicle, and chains may also be required if it snows. No refunds, allowances, or date changes will be given to travelers who are not prepared with the proper vehicle, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.
-Driveway is paved and parking for 4 vehicles.
-This property has two external security cameras to monitor driveway and ensure safety of the home. No other cameras are present at the property.
- Please note that the distances shown on OTA’s map feature are measured in a straight line rather than actual road travel distances and times. We cannot change their setting for this, and encourage all guests to independently verify distances to desired destinations.
CANCELLATION POLICY -
Bookings canceled 30+ days before arrival will receive a refund of the deposit.
Bookings canceled between 15-29 days before arrival will receive a refund of half of the deposit.
Bookings canceled within 14 days of arrival are not entitled to a refund unless the reservation dates are rebooked to another guest.
All bookings are subject to a $50 cancellation fee.
