Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- SuitableForChildren,SuitableForInfants,• There are remotes for the electric blinds. Please do not pull on the blinds, as this can ruin the motor.
- • The fireplace is turned off from April through November.
- • Potential for noise - Please note that this unit is directly on Yampa St., which typically has a lot of entertainment activities and nightlife.
- • Garage remote - $250 if lost, stolen, or damaged
- • There are winter parking restrictions starting on November 1st, with no parking on city streets overnight, or you will be towed at your expense.
- • *This unit does not have standard air conditioning - The evaporative cooling system is a building-wide system governed by the HOA. Please note that it is not turned on until May and turns off in September. Also, this system will not turn on if the temperature is below 65 degrees outside.
- • Locking unit entry door - Please note that the unit’s entry door will automatically lock behind you, so you must have the key to reenter.
- • Bedroom remote for the blinds - $200 if lost, stolen, or damaged
- • Do not leave anything in the hallway or on the deck, or HOA fines may be incurred.
- • Quiet hours 10pm-8am
- • No smoking; pets; events, parties, or large gatherings - $1000 fine*
- • If you cause any damage to the home, inside or out, you will be charged for the repair and/or replacement costs.
- • Check-out time is 10 AM. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate late check-out times. Fines will be incurred for violation.
- • Cameras and Noiseaware - Motion-activated cameras in the alley: This property is equipped with NoiseAware, a privacy-safe decibel monitor that does not record conversations.
- *There is no mailbox access at this property. We are not responsible for any lost or returned packages.
- *Please be aware that we are not liable for any personal items left behind after your stay.* Should you believe you left any personal belongings at the property, we will do our best to recover them. However, the guest will be responsible for paying a $40 recovery charge and shipping costs for any items that need to be returned by mail. Prices may vary for large items.*
