Escape to a modern haven with classic charm at this Evergreen A-frame cabin retreat. Imagine waking up to the majestic expanse of North Evergreen, sipping your morning coffee from one of two decks. Nestled within the Aspen trees on this expansive lot, this fully renovated space comfortably accommodates 6 guests.

Everything inside is brand new, and you’ll feel the inviting ambiance immediately upon opening the front door. Enter into the dazzling and bright kitchen, where you can indulge your culinary senses with modern appliances and a fully equipped cooking space. Pass through to the dining area, where your entire group can gather for a warm meal or an evening of games. Cozy up on the couch and watch the snow fall through the large picture windows while you watch a movie. One bathroom on the main level offers a touch of luxury with a beautifully tiled shower and the perfect getting-ready space.
In the loft upstairs, you’ll find the primary bedroom, featuring a pillowy queen bed, sitting area, workspace, and en suite bathroom with a gorgeous walk-in glass shower and tons of natural light. On the main floor, you’ll find a second and third bedroom, which offer ample space for a family or group of friends. The second bedroom has bunk beds, and the third bedroom sleeps 2 with a twin bed and trundle.
Unwind in the secluded and quiet atmosphere with all the conveniences you need to escape the hustle and bustle of life. If you decide to venture out, you’re only 10 minutes to the nearest ski resort, 20 minutes to downtown Evergreen, and 40 minutes to Denver.

Wintertime in Colorado brings many opportunities for play and adventure, as well as seasonal hazards that require consideration. AWD or 4WD capable vehicles are required from November - April for all guests. Please plan your travel accordingly.
