Our townhome is located in the highly desired Lakota neighborhood. Here, you’ll be just a few blocks away from the Winter Park Ski Resort, which is a 2-minute drive, or with a free shuttle stop nearby.
Take advantage of the free local shuttle with tracking through the Lift Rider app and easy access to a bus stop in the front building! For the shuttles, simply download the “The Lift Rider” app, or search the web for "The Lift Winter Park", to find the most up-to-date shuttle schedule. This shuttle runs to the gondola, through Fraser and Winter Park for you to plan a day of touring our mountain towns and many rare unique gifts to commemorate your trip to the Rocky Mountains! Cruise up to Granby for more mountain town stores to explore.
After your day exploring the Colorado Rocky Mountains, you’ll relish the evenings spent melting in the hot tub or relaxing with friends and family by the gas fireplace for games, or a TV night.

• Sorry, we cannot accommodate pets or ESA animals, the owner and his family members are asthmatic and very allergic to pets. Thank you for understanding.
• Guests must be comfortable with stairs. This property has 3 levels with 2 stairwells, and there are no bedrooms on the bottom floor.
• The propane gas grill on site is NOT AN ADVERTISED AMENITY - adequate gas level in propane tanks is NOT guaranteed. Should you desire to use the grill you may, but only under the condition that you acknowledge you are responsible for covering costs should you need a new propane tank.
• Hot tub - Please keep in mind that if a full drain and fill service is needed it may take up to 48-72 hours for the hot tub to come up to full temperature and if a tech visit is required, they will have to go through the home to gain access to the hot tub.
• NO A/C - There is no air conditioning as the summer in the mountains is very temperate
