Welcome to Holiday House in Fernwood, facing a forested nature preserve, where your holiday begins.
This two-story farmhouse is simplistic and luxurious, with a wraparound covered porch that is too inviting to pass through. Once inside Holiday House, the open feel of the living space speaks ‘welcome’ with its bright windows, warm fireplace, Smart TV, Speakers available throughout the main floor including the primary room, living room, kitchen and dining room. Just down the hallway off the well-stocked kitchen is a primary ensuite bedroom with an inset sitting area surrounded by windows for reading the latest mystery and checking work emails.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- This home has an occupancy maximum of 10 guests and is a pet free home.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in this home. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- This home is located near an active construction area.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
