Welcome to 18 Summers – a family-friendly, dog-friendly private retreat in the Farm District on the edge of the forest.
This home is all about its name, 18 Summers, and how parents and children have 18 summertimes together. It greets the family with an open covered porch and a view of the big sky over the canopied forest. Once inside, the spacing of the living area and kitchen is bright and airy, with a separate sunny breakfast nook and convenient mudroom. The furniture is cozy so you can all gather around the fireplace and Smart TV for family movie night.
Upstairs, there are three bedrooms to sleep six family members or even two families. There’s an ensuite bathroom in the primary bedroom and a shared full bath off the second and bunkbed bedrooms. The bunkbeds are built-in, the floors hardwood, and the ceilings high.

This home is located in the beautiful Farm District, just 10 minutes from town center and the beach. While strolling around the Farm District, stop by and say hi to the horses at the horse barn. Browse the community garden, throw the frisbee at Horseshoe Park and enjoy the community fire pits. Borrow rackets for a game at the tennis and pickleball courts.

Things To Know
Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House rules
- This home has an occupancy maximum of 6 guests and 2 dogs. Dog fee will be collected after confirmation.
- Guests are welcome to check-in at 4:00 PM. Checkout is at 10:00 AM.
- There is no smoking in this home. This includes, but is not limited to, vaping, e-cigarettes, vape pens, marijuana, and other vaping devices.
- No parties or events can be held at the home. All occupancy limits will be strictly enforced.
- The minimum rental age is 25.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:30 AM. Only use hot tubs between 7:30 AM and 10:00 PM.
- Out of safety concerns for guests, employees and our homeowner community, as well as concerns for individual privacy, operation or use of unmanned aerial systems, or drones, by the general public is prohibited.
