The home has an open floor plan. The dining table seats 4 guests, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. There is a half bath on the main floor. Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each offering a unique view. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed and full-size bath, is a haven of comfort. Ceiling fans and tvs in both bedrooms ensure a pleasant stay. The master bedroom also boasts a balcony, a perfect spot to take in the majestic views of the mountain. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, a twin bed and an attached full-sized bathroom, offers a cozy retreat. This property is pet-friendly (dogs only). There is a BBQ grill for guests to use and a ski storage area on the back deck.. If you want to bring your OHVs, there is enough room to park one small trailer. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
