This cozy townhouse retreat, conveniently located in town and near the river, is the perfect spot for your vacation. It comfortably accommodates 5 guests, offering a peaceful escape from the bustling city life you aim to escape. The townhouse features an inviting front porch, where you can sit and enjoy a cup of coffee during the brisk mornings, immersing yourself in the tranquility of the surroundings.
Upon entering the home, you will notice a ceiling fan, which is great during the summer as it circulates the cool air. There is also a wood-burning fireplace to keep you toasty during our snowy winter season. A large flatscreen TV is in the living room for all your streaming needs, and the property has wifi. The home has an open floor plan. The dining table seats 4 guests, and there is a fully equipped kitchen for all your cooking needs. There is a half bath on the main floor.
Upstairs, you’ll find two bedrooms, each offering a unique view. The master bedroom, with its king-size bed and full-size bath, is a haven of comfort. Ceiling fans and tvs in both bedrooms ensure a pleasant stay. The master bedroom also boasts a balcony, a perfect spot to take in the majestic views of the mountain. The second bedroom, with a queen-size bed, a twin bed and an attached full-sized bathroom, offers a cozy retreat.
This property is pet-friendly (dogs only). There is a BBQ grill for guests to use and a ski storage area on the back deck.. If you want to bring your OHVs, there is enough room to park one small trailer.
This property is close to other properties managed by Property Manager. Booking these properties together can be done with a little bit of planning. So pack your bags and book today! The mountains are calling.
Please note that this property doesn’t currently have a washer and dryer. All reservations are subject to our rental terms and conditions and cancellation/refund policy. **Please note that during the fall of 2024 and spring/summer of 2025 the town of Red River will be replacing waterlines. Their normal working hours are from 7am-5pm Monday-Friday; however, there might be times that they have to conduct work during the weekends. You can expect traffic distributions and temporary water outrages while they are working. Please note that on-street residential parking might not be available during construction. During these times, access to Red River and Pioneer Creek recreational area might be reduced or diverted. Please be aware that any construction or town activity is not in our control.
