From the smooth finished ceilings and freshly painted walls down to the luxurious wood plank flooring, prepare for a time of total relaxation. Sit back and chill to the sounds of the crashing waves while enjoying the oversized balcony in total privacy and relax on the recently updated outdoor living area. When you step back inside, relax on the new furnishings that have been placed throughout the condo. The vast living area offers plenty of seating while viewing the large flat-screen TV. The newly remodeled kitchen features stainless steel appliances and everything that you will need to create the perfect meal. The open dining area offers seating for six at the large round table with two additional seats at the breakfast bar.
Bedrooms
You will find that this three-bedroom, two-bathroom penthouse-level condo provides a very open layout. The bedrooms have been updated with new furniture that gives you that beachy vibe. The main bedroom features a king-size bed with access to the outdoor living area on the oversized balcony. The second bedroom which could serve as a second master bedroom also has a king-size bed and a large flat-screen TV. The third bedroom features both a queen-size bed and a full-size bed with a flat-screen TV as well.

Take a day to explore Alabama Gulf State Park that is only a couple of miles away. It offers enjoyment of various trails, boardwalks, fishing, kayak rentals, and paved bike paths! You are also only six miles away from the Wharf where you can catch a movie, dine at several restaurants, shop, and ride one of the tallest Ferris Wheels on the Gulf Coast! For some serious shopping, take a 15-minute drive over to the Foley Outlet shops and take advantage of some great deals! For a family getaway, go to OWA that is only 8 miles away. OWA is an award-winning Tropic Falls Theme Park that has 75-foot tall slides beneath a convertible glass roof which also includes 23 outdoor rides.
