Villa Pruna is a country property that is comfortable and a perfect choice for a family! This sensational property is located between the charming, historic town Pollensa and the golden beaches in the Puerto Pollensa. It has an accommodation capacity for 8 people, and a lot of care and attention to detail has been taken to make sure that this contemporary rural retreat is also extremely child-welcoming.
The open-plan layout on the ground floor of the villa is spacious and comfortable, this level opens out directly to the terraces which enjoy lovely views over the countryside and mountains and are perfect spots for family breakfasts or al fresco dining. The villa’s interior tastefully combines traditional and contemporary styles throughout, and ensures maximum comfort. Two bedrooms are to be found on the ground floor with two more upstairs. All the bedrooms are generously sized and the 4 bathrooms are luxuriously appointed. The master suite on the first floor has a dressing-room and enjoys the benefit of a private terrace with stunning views. The highlight of this property is by far the lower ground floor, which houses an enormous children’s play room filled with an amazing range of toys, games and equipment for all ages. There is also an en-suite bedroom on this level, perfect for a nanny, and an exercise area!
Moving outside, guests will adore the vast amounts of space for the whole family to enjoy. The large pool has been designed considering child safety and can be both heated and fenced-in, on request (please see T&Cs). There is also a small playhouse, trampoline, swings, and a wonderful outdoor barbecue and dining area. The gardens are laden with island flora; they are beautifully laid-out and cared for. The villa is embedded in extensive lawn areas, lined by lavender, olive trees and local shrubs. This spectacular property is set in several acres of undulating countryside, ensuring privacy and blissful tranquillity during your stay!

Villa Pruna offers privacy and peace, yet it is only a few minutes by car away from the restaurants and boutiques in Pollensa town and lively Puerto Pollensa. Sports lovers will be pleased as numerous activities are on offer here in the north. The sandy beaches in Puerto Pollensa or in the delightful resort of Cala San Vicente are only a few car minutes away.
The bay of Pollensa is a paradise for fans of water sports: Sailing, kite- and windsurfing, diving, sea kayaking and boat hire are all available. Horse-riding is another favourite pastime around Pollensa, cyclists and hikers can set off into the mountains whilst golf enthusiasts can keep in shape on Pollensa’s 9-hole course, or take a ten minute dive over to the famous Alcanada Golf Course.
