distinct yet interconnected spaces. The seating area features a plush
light grey couch and two cozy chairs, set against a curated bookcase
perfect for leisurely afternoons with a good read. Flooded with soft
light through orange curtains, the space feels warm and welcoming. The
adjoining dining area is elevated by a stunning butterfly tapestry, a
bold and artistic centerpiece. A glass dining table comfortably seats
up to six guests, complemented by Persian rugs that add richness to the
wooden floors. KITCHEN The kitchen offers a quieter, more contemporary
aesthetic with its clean lines and neutral palette of grey and white.
Fully equipped for any culinary pursuit, the space is designed for both
functionality and simplicity. BEDROOMS The apartment features two
beautifully designed bedrooms, each with its own character and charm.
The first bedroom serves as a serene retreat, featuring a queen-sized
bed and a desk, perfect for work or relaxation. The second bedroom is
equally elegant, with another queen bed and vintage reupholstered
chairs that bring a touch of classic Parisian flair. BATHROOMS Each
bedroom is complemented by its own en-suite bathroom, thoughtfully
designed for comfort and convenience. The first bathroom features a
sleek shower and modern wash-basin, while the second offers a luxurious
double wash-basin and spacious shower. There is also one separated
toilet in the apartment. WE LOVE The butterfly tapestry in the dining
room, which serves as a breathtaking focal point. Home truths: No
smoking, pets or parties. Also, a dog usually lives in the apartment.
The apartment is located on the 2nd floor with an elevator. To rent
this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old. Although we
